**Previous Milestone:**

As a recap of this project, we proposed exploring a faster way for developers looking to quickly setup their own Node as a non-stake pool for data or minting based needs as they build out their own projects.&#x20;

**Progress:**

To keep costs low and explore a bare metal use case (for decentralization) we explored using Armada Alliances guide on setting up ARM based Nodes. We have successfully deployed and documented the entire process as the primary focus of our time over the last few weeks.

### <mark style="color:orange;">4/5/22 Report:</mark>

**Previous Milestone:**

We were able to complete the updates to the Armada Alliance's old guide and connect with the team to make contributions and updates with this guide as we complete it. With this new guide we have accounted for the most recent Feb 2022 updates to deploying a cardano node on bare metal Raspberry Pi's.&#x20;

**Progress:**

The last steps in our documentation was creating the Prometheus and Grafana guides for ongoing monitoring, this is 80% complete and we expect to deliver the final update next check-in.&#x20;

**Next Steps:**

Final documentation formatting, recap and final reporting for Town Hall
